My mixed media work begin the journey into my subconscious. I am inspired by New York City. I paint and draw pages from magazines, on old pieces of wood, even plastic and canvas, with makers, oil pastels, acrylic paint and water color. They are also collage aspect in my work. I don’t like to plan the work ahead of time, this makes the work spontaneous and more vivid. It’s about being able to lose the fear of failure, If I do g=fail I use that as part of the process to make the work better.
